Hi, I’m Fuzz. I had the idea for Eddys a decade ago, when I moved here an unhappy executive at an eight-figure tech startup. I just wanted to be the computer guy again.
I am @fuzz on GitHub. I designed and built a petabyte-scale cloud for AI research at Penn before AWS existed. My storage server designs were used by Netflix’s OpenConnect project to deliver 1/3 of all Internet traffic.
I was CTO of FieldReport, “The American Idol of Blogging” (Time Magazine). I was co-CEO of Glass Planner—Apple named us Best New App & Editors’ Choice.
I spent the better part of a decade as an early-stage startup troubleshooter, helping scrappy companies deliver more with less.
Here in Mount Shasta I recently wrote software to put an x-ray machine back in service after official support was dropped, saving the client tens of thousands of dollars.
I don’t resell products or take commissions or referral fees. I’m open to contracts but I’m not trying to sell you one. My only incentive is to deliver the best advice and service possible.
Eddys is my dream. I worked remote for over two decades; I work with my community now.
